5. Wait for Confirmation: You’ll receive a response in ~3 days. If approved, your status is updated in up to 5 business days.

How to Keep Your Status (Requalification)

Your matched status is valid for 12 months. If you want to keep it beyond that, you’ll need to meet Royal Club’s standard requalification requirements:

• To maintain Silver Jay (oneworld Ruby): Earn 12,000 tier miles or fly 12 segments on Royal Jordanian or oneworld partners within 12 months.
• To maintain Gold Sparrow (oneworld Sapphire): Earn 30,000 tier miles or fly 26 segments on Royal Jordanian or oneworld partners within 12 months.

Things to Keep in Mind

• One-time match: You can only apply once, so apply with your highest available tier.
• No upgrade vouchers: These are not included in the match—only granted upon meeting requalification requirements.
• Hotel matches only yield Silver Jay: You cannot receive Gold Sparrow via hotel status.
• Digital card only: Royal Club no longer issues physical cards.
• Requalification required: Your status is valid for 12 months. To keep it, you must meet the flying requirements mentioned above.
