Book Condor With Qantas Points: Routes, Prices, and Seats

You can now use Qantas Points to book Condor flights. The partnership, announced on September 1, adds reward seats in Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Class, including Condor’s A330neo with lie flat Business Class seats.

Condor does not fly directly to Australia or New Zealand, but you can connect to its European network through cities such as Bangkok or Johannesburg. From North America, it also offers nonstop flights to Frankfurt.

Start by searching Condor flights in AwardFares to compare dates and cabins, then plan your connections. Below, we look at Qantas’s published prices and examples from AwardFares.

What the Qantas and Condor Partnership Includes

The Condor announcement covers reward bookings and an interline agreement. The airlines identify connecting points including Bangkok, Johannesburg, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Vancouver, Paris, and Rome.

Qantas’s Condor partner page confirms that eligible Condor flights are bookable as Classic Flight Rewards. You use your Qantas Points through Qantas, rather than transferring them to Condor. The interline agreement also allows baggage to be checked through on journeys booked on a single ticket.

How Many Qantas Points Do Condor Flights Cost?

Qantas has published the following examples on its Condor partner page. Each price is one way, per passenger, with a separate cash payment:

These are Qantas’s published starting prices as of August 25, 2026, not live search results. Cash charges are shown in the original currencies and can vary by date and direction.

The examples match the current Partner Classic Flight Reward table. For a trip in its 4,801 to 5,800 mile band, the table lists 85,000 points in Premium Economy and 108,000 in Business Class. That is a difference of 23,000 points, before comparing the cash charges.

Check both cabins if you are considering Premium Economy, especially for an overnight flight.

Condor Business Class vs. Premium Economy

Condor’s A330neo Business Class has 30 seats in a 1 by 2 by 1 layout. Every passenger has direct aisle access, and the seat becomes a flat bed almost two meters long.

Premium Economy has more legroom and recline than Economy, but the seat does not become a flat bed. It keeps a 2 by 4 by 2 layout, as shown in Condor’s A330neo cabin guide.

Business Class within Europe is different again. On Condor’s own narrowbody aircraft, it generally means an Economy style seat with the middle seat left empty, plus additional service. The airline describes this on its short and medium haul Business Class page.

Find Condor Reward Seats With AwardFares

In AwardFares, select Qantas Frequent Flyer as the program and Condor (DE) as the airline. Leave the alliance filter off. Selecting oneworld would exclude Condor.

If your destination or dates are flexible, browse Condor rewards with Qantas Points. Broad Search shows availability already found in AwardFares. Add dates and run a live search when you find a route you like.

The screenshots below show results at the time of capture. Points prices are per passenger, one way, with taxes and fees extra. Availability can change before you book.

1. Start With Bangkok to Frankfurt

Search Bangkok (BKK) to Frankfurt (FRA) with Qantas Points.

This is a useful starting point if you can reach Bangkok from Australia or New Zealand. Search the Condor flight first, then look for a connecting flight that fits its date and departure time.

Leave the cabin filter open to compare Economy, Premium Economy, and Business. Use Timeline View to find dates with results, then refresh the dates that suit your trip.

The result list shows 85,000 Qantas Points in Premium Economy, with up to six seats on the displayed flights. No Business Class seats appear in this example. If you want a flat bed, try another route or set an Alert for your dates.

Check the seat count as well as the price, especially if you are traveling with someone else.

2. Check Johannesburg or North America Too

You can also search Johannesburg (JNB) to Frankfurt (FRA) for another route to Europe.

Unlike the Bangkok example, this timeline includes all three cabins. The highlighted date, November 3, shows six Economy seats, six Premium Economy seats, and four Business Class seats.

Johannesburg offers another route to check for Condor Business Class rewards.

The Business Class results below show 108,000 Qantas Points, with one to four seats on the displayed dates. The same flights also show Premium Economy at 85,000 points, so you can compare both cabins before choosing.

In these results, Business Class costs 23,000 more points than Premium Economy, before cash charges.

For a trip starting in North America, try New York (JFK), Los Angeles (LAX), and San Francisco (SFO) to Frankfurt in one search. This is useful if you can depart from more than one city.

3. Add a Flight Within Europe

You can also use Qantas Points for shorter Condor flights. Search Frankfurt to London to compare dates in Economy and Business Class. The results here are for London Gatwick (LGW), so check the arrival airport before planning your connection or transport into the city.

Shorter Condor flights can help with onward travel from Frankfurt.

The list below shows 11,500 Qantas Points in Economy or 21,000 in Business Class. For a flight of about 1 hour and 35 minutes, compare the cash fare too.

Frankfurt to Gatwick results show both cabins, points prices, and seat counts for each date.

4. Compare Qantas With Other Ways to Book Condor

Qantas is not the only program that can book Condor. We previously covered Condor redemptions with JetBlue TrueBlue points.

If you can use either program, select Qantas Frequent Flyer and JetBlue TrueBlue in AwardFares, keeping Condor as the airline. The result list groups prices from both programs under the same flight.

For example, the screenshot below compares the same Condor flight from New York (JFK) to Frankfurt on October 20 and 21. Economy shows 19,800 TrueBlue points versus 34,700 Qantas Points. Premium Economy shows 35,600 TrueBlue points versus 70,800 Qantas Points.

The same Condor flight can have different prices and seat counts depending on which program you use.

TrueBlue requires fewer points for these flights. The right choice also depends on your points balance, any bank transfer ratio, and cash charges, which are not shown here. The programs also show different Premium Economy seat counts.

5. Create an Alert for the Seats You Need

If you cannot find a seat on your dates, create a Live Alert with Qantas Frequent Flyer, your route, dates, cabin, and number of passengers.

The example below watches Frankfurt to Seattle from September 21 to 27, in Premium Economy or Business Class. It has no airline filter selected. Select Condor under Airlines if you want to watch only its flights.

Live Alerts periodically search your selected trip and notify you when matching availability is found. An Alert does not reserve the seat for you.

Each route and date counts as one Live Alert, so this seven day range uses seven Alerts.

Check the Whole Journey Before Booking

Before booking a connecting trip:

• Check every flight and cabin. Make sure the cabin you want is available on the longest flight, not just a short connection.
• Add up the full price. Include connecting flights, onward travel, taxes, and any overnight stay.
• Keep separate tickets in mind. The announced baggage arrangement applies to journeys on one ticket. Do not assume baggage will be checked through, or that a missed connection will be protected, on separate bookings.
• Do not add Condor to a oneworld Classic Flight Reward. That product excludes airlines outside oneworld, under Qantas’s reward rules.
• Confirm with Qantas before transferring points. Check the final availability, points and cash price, baggage, and booking conditions.

Our Take

Condor is a welcome addition for Qantas members planning a trip to Europe. The screenshots give us practical places to start: Johannesburg for Business Class, Bangkok for Premium Economy, and Frankfurt to Gatwick for a short European flight.
