Etihad Guest changed its flight rewards, elite status rules, transfer partners, and A380 network between late 2025 and mid-2026. Etihad announced that GuestSeat would become Saver Award in November 2025 and made every available seat bookable with miles. Its current English website now calls the fixed-rate option a Promo seat, while some regional pages still use Saver Award and OpenSeats.
